Creative therapy

As a counsellor I use a number of methods of working creatively with clients who may find it difficult to express themselves.

These therapeutic play skills can be of use to adults, children, couples and families.

Creative therapy may involve:

  • Art and painting
  • Storytelling
  • Puppets
  • Creative visualisations
  • Sand trays
  • Clay
  • Drama
  • Music
  • Dance and movement
  • Dog assisted play
